Guzman Law Group is a team of experienced attorneys focused in the fields of business and wealth preservation. The team acts as in-house corporate counsel focusing on owners of closely held businesses, from start-ups to multi-million dollar corporations in all industries, ranging from manufacturing to entertainment. Founder Denise M. Guzman, a noted business and estate planning attorney, says the firms culture is what has allowed them to serve the South Bay for more than 30 years. “Our team is continuously evolving to better serve our clients.”

Ms. Guzman earned her Bachelors degree from USC and a law degree from UCLA. In 1978, after passing the bar, she founded her first law practice. Ms. Guzman had her own brand of lawyering, an approach rooted in collaborative methods and a technique that was relatively new to legal professionals at the time. Her brand has proven to be successful in serving the community.
