Alisha Swain-Fall is an associate attorney primarily working in the areas of complex business, real estate, trust, entertainment litigation and transactional matters. She served as a law clerk to The Honorable Erithe A. Smith in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California and has practiced law for over two decades. Her legal experience spans a wide variety of substantive areas, principally divided between complex business litigation, bankruptcy litigation and real estate litigation. She has served as local counsel in multistate litigation and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants. In addition to handling various litigation matters, Alisha has experience in responding to Civil Investigative Demands issued by the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division and has represented both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
